Founder’s Story: From Gaps to Gold Standard

As a long-time pet professional, I saw a frustrating pattern over and over again: busy, high-achieving pet parents juggling packed schedules, last-minute travel, or family emergencies — and no one they could trust to fully step in and care for their pets with the same level of attentiveness, professionalism, and discretion they expected in every other part of their life.

The options were often highly impersonal: app-based sitters, overstretched boarding facilities, or hobbyist dog walkers lacking the training, experience, and consistency required to care for beloved pets in dynamic, often complex lifestyles.

I knew families deserved better — and more importantly, so did their pets.
